In Cascade, if you want to temporarily remove your content off the web server with the possibility of adding it back later, you'll want to unpublish your content.
Instructions
Select the desired asset from the Site Content menu on the left of the interface..
While previewing the asset, click on the ...More tab.
Select Unpublish.
From the Unpublish page menu, click Unpublish to confirm changes.

You can also unpublish assets using the context menu, accessible by right-clicking on any asset.
