Breadcrumbs are the "trails" left by the user that has navigated to a given page. It is a listing of the directories (folders) that contain the page a user is currently browsing. This information is usually displayed near the top of a page, below the navigation bar.

For pages where this data is unnecessary, such as when the page is in the main directory and doesn't need a trail, it may be preferable to remove it.

 Instructions

  • In the Site Content tree on the left, righ-click on the name of the page and choose Edit.

  • On the Configure tab, scroll down to the BREADCRUMBS region.

  • Click the box that read No Format in the Overrides column (see image).

  • Preview Draft or Submit your change to save it.
