WYSIWYG Menu Options

Some commands can be accessed through the icons and others must be accessed through the menu.

Edit

  • Undo: Cancels your last commandSelect to revert the last action taken, allowing you to correct mistakes or changes made unintentionally.

  • Redo: Restores any action that was previously undone using UndoSelect to reinstate the previously undone action, effectively reversing an "Undo" command.

  • Cut: Deletes a selected area and stores Click to remove the selected content from the document and temporarily store it on the clipboard for later use.

  • Copy: Creates Click to create a duplicate of a the selected area content and stores store it on the clipboard without removing the original text.

  • Paste: Takes content from the clipboard and places it in a selected Click to insert the content stored on the clipboard into the document at the current cursor location.

  • Paste as text: Takes Select to insert the content from the clipboard and pastes it without prior formattingas plain text, stripping any formatting, styles, or special characters.

  • Select all: Selects all content within a Content RowSelect to highlight the entire content of the document, enabling you to apply formatting or actions to the whole text at once.
