Add a Content Panel
From the Content Row-Content Type drop-down menu, click Content Panel.
Enter a Title.
Expand Content Panel Row and click on Item Type.

Select Panel as Item Type and enter Heading, Link Type, Link, & and Content.

Select Image as Item Type, choose an image Image and add Alternative Text.
