Logo Setup - The main NMSU logo setup with tagline is a global asset and cannot be changed. The logo setup links to the NMSU homepage when clicked.
Site Department Name - The name of your website. The site name in the footer should be consistent with the site name in the masthead.
Address Block - The address block is optional, but is recommended.
Social Media Icons - You can include any number of social media icons that link to your social media pages and/or profiles.
CTA Button - There is an option to include a call-to-action button in the footer. The CTA button will display under the social media icons (if used) and as part of the address block.
Link Columns - You can include a collection of links in a column. The simple footer does not include link columns.
Legal Disclaimer - Every NMSU webpage should include a legal disclaimer.

Build the Default Footer
Go to the _Site Configuration Folder.
Select the Masthead Setup Footer Builder block.
Click Edit.
Include your site department name.
Select an option to Add College or Reporting Unit Title.
If you select, Yes, you can include your College or Reporting Unit as part of your masthead and provide a link to their college or unit homepage.
If you select No, the university name will appear above your site name with a link to the NMSU homepageSelect an option to Display Social Media Icons and Links.
Select an option to Add Buttons in MastheadDisplay CTA button in address block.
