  1. Look for a red plus sign in the topmost header area of the page, and click on Add Content.

  2. Inside the Add Content menu, select Create New Yearly Folder - YYYY Format from the dropdown menu.

  3. Fill in the Folder Name, Title and Display Name.


    • The Folder Name will generate the page URL, therefore, it should be all lowercase letters separated by hyphens, without underscores, special characters (e.g. #$%$%^&), or any spaces. In most cases, a yearly folder should be 4 four numbers. For example: “2024”

    • The Display Name can include capital letters, special characters , and spaces.

    • The Title will generate the labels for your folder in the Site Content tree on the left. The Title and the Display Name can be the same.

  4. Click Submit to finish.

  5. Your new folder should be highlighted in the asset tree to the left. Publish the folder.

Select a folder by hovering over the asset name and clicking on the arrow (>) that appears to the right of the asset name. The contents of that folder will display on the right-hand side of the page.
