For users who would like short-term access to create or migrate all of their forms, but forms do not require maintenance after creation. Accounts are removed after XYZ Time period90 days. However, forms are only deleted upon request.
If you have decided that you need a Temporary License, fill out the account request form:

When the account is processed, the user you will receive a direct email from Formstack with details on creating their your login credentials.
Once the account is finalized, the user you will have access to a folder that will hold all of the forms they you need to create.
