Add a Content

Panel
From the Content Row-Content Type drop-down menu, click Content Panel.
Give your Content Panel 
Enter a Title.
Expand Content Panel Row and click on Item Type.
If Panel is chosen, complete

Select Panel as Item Type and enter Heading, Link Type, Link, & and Content. (Example below)
If Image is chosen

Select Image as Item Type, choose an image Image and add Alternative Text.
Saving the Page
Click Close to Exit.
